There are a bunch of them it depends on what profession you've choosen and which item you are looking for.

I've upgraded all my Warrior's armor except for the helmet. I'm guessing there isn't an upgrade in pre-searing for that...can anyone confirm?

There is no helmet upgrades in pre-searing. But it's not that worth it to upgrades your armor in pre-searing... As soon as you sear, you get twice the armor rating immediately...

The pre-searing armor is easy to get and costs pretty much nothing. I'm just making sure my guy is ready for the fight.
